Intranet for banking
The highly competitive dynamics of the financial world require the banking company to equip itself with tools that can manage the time of various operators in an efficient and coordinated manner, matching instances of productivity with a margin of error that is as low as possible.

The solution to centralize the multiple systems with which the bank operates for centralized management through a single secure, stable, user friendly and scalable platform.
Among the available solutions, the choice may fall on theadoption of a corporate Intranet: a portal that provides a range of services to which all employees can connect, in order to carry out daily operations in complete security and in compliance with all legislative protocols.
From this premise comes the first major division of roles between those who perform more operational tasks and those who perform a more supervisory role. Special sections of the intranet are then created and made available that interface to a more or less integrated degree with the banking management system and any other pre-existing systems, with levels of access and operation manageable through a special panel.
Other more summarizing sections are made available to management to get an overview of the performance of various banking activities. This is what we might call a Directional Control: basically an agglomeration of wide-ranging reports on various topics of interest based on the data that are in the bank's possession.
Reporting can include statistics presented in a simple form by reporting the data as it was acquired or by reprocessing it to derive appropriate KPI parameters.
The workflow must be adjusted with the dual objectives of managing and monitoring the bank's operations on the one hand, and meeting the customer's need on the other, which remains the cornerstone on which to base the whole process.
